One practice, one way of working.
Whoever you see here, the same method sits underneath the conversation. It is clinically based and spiritually informed, and it works on five things: how you handle hard feelings, which thoughts you keep, what you do, who you lean on, and, at the center, the person you want to be.

Getting here
3231 Washington Rd., the white building with the HOPE sign. Open Monday and Tuesday, 9 to 6, and Wednesday and Thursday, 9 to 5.
Get directionsWhat does a session cost?
$75 for a 50-minute session, paid at the appointment. The rate is the same for individuals, couples and families. Cash, check, card, and HSA or FSA cards all work.
Do you take insurance?
No, we don't take insurance, and can't provide superbills. We do accept HSA and FSA cards.
What happens at the first session?
A conversation about what you need. Afterwards you decide whether to keep going, with no commitment either way.
How do I book?
Book online or in the client portal app and choose "I'm a new client." Not sure who to see? The provider finder below will suggest someone.
How soon can I be seen?
We try to get people in the same week they reach out.
Can I meet by telehealth?
Yes, for most concerns. You join from the client portal app or a web browser.
Find a provider
Every provider works from the Hope Method. Answer three or four questions and we'll suggest who to book with. Nothing here is saved or sent anywhere.
