Outpatient 1-on-1 dependency program to support teens 13-17 recovering from addiction

Comfort, care and support of patients with life limiting conditions and their families is the foundation of our personalized approach to health care. Our nonprofit, faith-based agency proudly serves pediatrics and adults in most Georgia counties.

Grief support through crafting & scrapbooking for children ages 4-17

Provides emotional, social, spiritual, psychological & practical support for caregivers, patients, family members, students & employees especially during a time of loss or crisis. Mondays 12-1pm and the last Thu of the month 5:15-6:15pm. Located in the 2nd floor conference room. Virtual option available.

Counseling for women & teens, By appt. $25/session

Residential temp closed. Outpatient treatment for men and women is currently open

No cost individual & group counseling for combat Veterans, current Service Members, National Guard, & Reserve Component personnel. Military sexual trauma counseling regardless of combat service. Bereavement counseling to families of service members who died while active duty.

Residential 28-45 day substance abuse treatment program – Men/Women 18+.Accepts almost all commercial and marketplace insurance (incl Tricare/VACCN) or self pay. Intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, detox and alumni programs also available. 24/7 admissions

Broken Outreach is a 12-month faith-based program that helps men, women, and women with their children who have experienced addiction, incarceration, and domestic violence.

Provides monthly outreach for at least one year to cancer fighters needing support & encouragement. Oncology patients can also request prayer at cancersupportservices.org.

Structured family caregiving program designed for families who care for a loved one at home. Provides support & tax free stipend to family members caring for elders or people with disabilites (over 21) that are eligble for the Medicaid Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program.

For people over 100 years old, celebrate bdays and provides Christmas gifts

Referral based organization & mental health clinic for all ages and insurances. Our Pathmakers Program assesses for eligibility for no cost counseling for uninsured children. If medications are needed, psychiatric services are available.

Affordable primary health and dental care for uninsured and insured. Integrated Behavioral Health offered to established medical patients. Accepts Medicare and Medicaid. Sliding fee discounts available.

Behavioral health care & diagnosis, psychiatric, outpatient case management. Substance abuse treatment program. No cost for uninsured.
