Our online Appointment Scheduling feature will allow you to align your scheduling needs with a providers hours and current availability. If you are still undecided, contact our Practice Manager, Susan Cady, and she will be happy to assist you. What should I expect in my first session?
On your first session, we will work with you to see if we can accomplish what you need in that first session. If so, you won’t need to come back unless something else comes up. But if, at the end of the first session, you decide you want to continue working on what brought you in, then we’ll make another appointment and send you more intake forms and homework through our client portal. From that point on, we ask you to roll up your sleeve and go to work with us to make the progress you want to make. How often and how long you’re seen will depend on agreement between you and your provider. Know that this kind of work can be hard and even uncomfortable at times. Change always is. But if you’re persistent in the work, we can help you get where you want to be.
What does a session cost?
Our current fees are $75 per session, payable at the time of your session.
Do you take insurance?
We currently do not take insurance and cannot provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. You can however, use an FSA/HSA debit card to pay your session fees.
How long is each session?
Sessions are 50 minutes.
